Rogers members ratify tentative agreement
I'm pleased to report that our Rogers bargaining unit has ratified the tentative agreement reached on March 2, 2022.
The voting result is:
100% In Favour of ratification
The new agreement covers the period is from January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2025. The new agreement includes economic increases of 0, 0, 1%, and 1.25% for the four years of the agreement.
The agreement also includes access to the Rogers Total Rewards program including Rogers Group RRSP, Rogers Group TFSA, Employee Share Accumulation Plan, Employee Discount programs. The members at Rogers have sought access to these company benefits for a number of years and now will have access to them.
I extend my thanks to the negotiating team for their hard work in successfully concluding these negotiations.
