Nav Canada’s intent to implement Tentative Agreement plan – update

Sisters and Brothers,

We’ve noticed NAV CANADA has announced yesterday, details surrounding the ratification of the new collective agreement coming into effect. Within the communication are details surrounding the implementation dates of certain conditions.  You will recall that we had expressed our disagreement with the implementation scheme in our April 25th web posting. Pursuant to that, we wish to advise you that we are, in fact, actively assessing our legal options following yesterday’s announcement. More details to come.
